A native of Baltimore, MD and graduate of Archbishop Curley High School, Charles Jackson attended Emmanuel College in Boston, MA. During those years at Emmanuel he found he had an affinity for diversity and inclusion issues especially those dealing with race. After graduating from college he went on to receive his certificate as a Diversity Practitioner from NTL Institute. Charles Jackson was the Partnership Development Manager for the American Cancer Society's African American Men’s Health Conference Currently Jackson is the African American Outreach Coordinator at H.M.A. Associates coordinating flu vaccination clinics in multiple sites across the country, as well as organizing HIV Awareness campaigns for the National Organization of Black County Officials as Program Manager. On top of job responsibilities he was recently elected president of the Greater Baltimore Urban League Young Professional Auxiliary (GBLA) Greater Baltimore Leadership Association.
