Seeking dynamic Arts Educators with K-12 experience in digital learning, lesson planning, and curriculum development in one or more of the following content areas: Dance, Theatre, Music, STEAM, Visual Arts, Yoga, Martial Arts, Culinary Arts & Creative Writing.

A demonstrated track record of propelling student academic growth and mastery.

POSITION: Expansion Associate
Position Summary:Under general direction provide guidance and support to the organization’s growth and sustainability by increasing programming opportunities and building relationships with vested stakeholders through driving sales to our business. As a Sales Consultant, this position is commission based. You will act as a liaison between our organization and the customer (schools, community centers, etc.) in order to establish trust, increase knowledge, and drive more partnerships for Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center.

Position Responsibilities: ● Serve as acquisitions field liaisons and representatives of the LTYC organization, for the purposes of branding and vision building, advocating the sale of all programs, services, products, curriculum, events, campaigns, institutions, charitable efforts and influential ideas that support the overall mission of LTYC. ● Schedule meeting and appointments with current and prospective partners ● Maintain in-depth knowledge of programs and potential partnership offerings available within the organization. ● Generate and track new leads to help expand the reach of the organization. ● Identify ways to offer programming to new partners, including identifying new target markets to help grow new partnerships. ● Maintain relationships with partners to sustain their satisfaction, respond to their needs and be their key point of contain within our organization. ● Develop new ways to maintain relevance of our offerings to our current partners and gain new partners.

CORE DC (Job located in Baltimore, MD) | Program Associate | $17.50/hour
Duties include (not limited to): Guide guests through the COVID-19 testing process, to include assisting with pre-registration, registration, exiting, and greeting guests. Assist in field-based humanitarian response activities to support efforts to run COVID-19 testing clinics. Wear full PPE (N95 face masks, surgical face mask, face shield, gloves, and surgical gown) and abide by all safety protocols. Build COVID-19 tests kits and perform any other organizational tasks on site. Set-up and tear down testing sites after sufficiently disinfecting and clearing surfaces. Perform any other work-related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
At least two years of professional experience, ideally in the humanitarian sector.
Exceptional customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (including MS Word, Excel), G-Suite.
Readiness to commit and adhere to the values, mission and vision of CORE.
Excellent written and spoken English. Bilingual in Spanish or another language preferable.
Ability to communicate openly and maintain good relationships within the team, government and other local authorities, donors, and other stakeholders.

Must be able to stand in two-hour intervals in personal protective equipment and must have the ability to help set up the work site (i.e. helping lift/set up tents and tables).
